Fidelity International, Tadworth, Surrey, Großbritannien, hat uns mit
Schreiben vom 1. November 2007 Folgendes mitgeteilt:

'As a result of an internal merger reorgainsation effective from 1st
October 2007, FMR LLC. (a Delaware limited liability company with its
principal place of business at Boston, Massachusetts, USA) became the
successor entity to FMR Corp. and has assumed all its rights and
obligations.

We therefore notify you that on 1st October 2007 FMR LLC. held 4.79% of the
voting rights (voting rights arising of 1,781,991 shares in Bilfinger
Berger AG) and therefore exceeded the threshold of 3%. All of the voting
rights of FMR LLC. are attributed to it pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1. sent.
1 no. 6 and sent. 2 of the German Securities Trade Act.'
