On November 6, 2007, Cohen & Steers Capital Management Inc., New York, USA,
has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its
voting rights in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG),
Augsburg, Germany, have fallen below the 3% limit of the voting rights on
November 1, 2007 and amounted 2.304 %. This corresponds to 1,201,004 voting
rights.
The voting rights are entirely attributable to Cohen & Steers Capital
Management Inc. pursuant article 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
