ESTAVIS Group affiliate arranges sale of extensive property portfolio for EUR 58 million

Berlin, November 26, 2007 – On behalf of private investors, Hamburgische
Immobilien Invest SUCV AG (Hamburgische AG) – an affiliate of ESTAVIS Group
– has successfully arranged the sale of an extensive property portfolio
amounting to EUR 58 million to an institutional investor from Germany. The
transaction includes several residential properties as well as office and
retail objects in central and partially exclusive locations in various
large German cities.

The transaction was executed by Hanseatischen Immobilien Börse HIB GmbH, a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Hamburgische AG. Upon appropriate execution of
the sales contract, it will receive a net brokerage fee amounting to more
than EUR 1 million, which will likely be recognized in the profit and loss
account for the ongoing second quarter of the financial year 2007/2008
(beginning: July 1, 2007).

From the perspective of the Executive Board, the transaction reflects the
significant potential for synergies within the affiliate group of ESTAVIS
AG. In this case, the contact to the seller was established by the parent
company, ESTAVIS AG.

Financial funds of EUR 56 million (gross) accrued to ESTAVIS AG when it
went public on 2 April 2007 (Prime Standard, Frankfurt Stock Exchange).
