On November 26, 2007, pursuant to article 21, section 1 WpHG, Dr. h.c.
Tschira Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG of Rauenberg, Germany informed SAP AG,
Dietmar-Hopp-Allee 16, 69190 Walldorf/Germany, that its holding of voting
rights in SAP AG had, on November 23, 2007, fallen below the threshold
values of 5% and 3% and that on November 23, 2007, its holding was 2.63% of
the voting rights (32,830,640 shares).

On November 26, 2007, pursuant to article 21, section 1 WpHG Dr. h.c.
Tschira Verwaltungs GmbH, also of Rauenberg, Germany, general partner in
Dr. h.c. Tschira Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG, informed SAP AG that its
holding of voting rights in SAP AG had, on November 23, 2007, fallen below
the threshold values of 5% and 3% and that on November 23, 2007, its
holding was 2.63% of the voting rights (32,830,640 shares). These 2.63% of
the voting rights (32,830,640 shares) are ascribable according to article
22, section 1, sent. 1, No. 1 WpHG to Dr. h.c. Tschira Verwaltungs GmbH via
Dr. h.c. Tschira Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG.

On November 26, 2007, pursuant to article 21, section 1 WpHG, Klaus Tschira
Stiftung gGmbH of Heidelberg, Germany informed SAP AG that its holding of
voting rights in SAP AG had, on November 23, 2007, exceeded the threshold
value of 5% and that on November 23, 2007, its holding was 6.30% of the
voting rights (78,474,048 shares).
