CeoTronics AG Audio Video Data Communication, Adam-Opel-Strasse 6, 63322
Rödermark, Germany, listed in the PRIME Standard (ISIN: DE0005407407), has
been awarded an additional order by the German Armed Forces to supply
CT-DECT JetCom systems for digital, secure communication in duplex mode for
use in areas where noise exceeds 140dB(A).

CeoTronics planes delivery and invoicing the new order in the fiscal year
2008/2009.

The order backlog as of December 6, changed by approx. +130% in comparison
to the year before.

Information and Explaination of the Issuer to this News:

A CT-DECT JetCom system consists of a CeoTronics 'CT-DECT'' digital radio
system for up to eight mobile participants plus the cockpit, the 'CT-DNR'
digital noise reduction module, and up to eight CT noise protection helmets
with built-in CT ContactCom (skull microphone and speaker). These systems
are used during Ground Handling, take-off preparation and service of
military jets (e.g. Eurofighter).

All in all the German Armed Forces ordered CT-DECT JetCom Systems worth
approximately €8.5 Mio.
