according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on HanseYachts AG, Greifswald, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KF6M8, WKN:
A0KF6M, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting Rights on October
09, 2007 and now amount to 7.16% (this corresponds to 458389 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 7.16% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 458389 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
