At today’s extraordinary shareholders’ meeting the shareholders of
Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG have decided with great majority to change
the name of the company to COLEXON Energy AG.

The operational subsidiaries already act under the brand COLEXON as
provider for turnkey solar power plants since this summer. The change of
name will be effective with the registration in the Commercial Register. It
is the logical consequence of the strategic development, which has been
accelerated since October 2007 by the takeover of a share majority by the
Danish Renewagy A/S (previously DKA Consult ApS).

Against this background, the replacement of the three-men Supervisory Board
has been decided. Tom Larsen, CEO of DKA Consult ApS, Dr. Karl Freiherr von
Hahn, Associate of the law office Huth Dietrich Hahn and Michael Brag, CEO
of Renewagy A/S have been elected as new members of the Supervisory Board.
In the following constituent Supervisory Board Meeting, Dr. Karl Freiherr
von Hahn, has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Michael
Brag his deputy.
