Berlin, 18 December 2007 – ESTAVIS AG (ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3) has today sold a
major property portfolio for approximately EUR 37 million to an
institutional investor.

The portfolio has been assembled and structured ‚on-demand’ based on
pre-defined investor criteria. It includes 725 residential and commercial
units with a total space of 50,635 square metres. The buildings are
primarily located in Berlin, Halle and Wilhelmshaven.

The transaction will be recognised to a large extent in the financial
statements for the second quarter of the financial year 2007/2008. Further
portfolio transactions are currently being prepared.
