Candidates for New Election of PSI Supervisory Board nominated

In its December meeting, the shareholder representatives of the PSI AG
Supervisory Board nominated the candidates for the new election of
shareholder representatives to the PSI advisory committee. Along with the
former Supervisory Board members Karsten Trippel and Prof. Rolf Windmöller,
Wilfried Götze and Bernd Haus were appointed as candidates. Christian
Brunke, the current Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Vice Chairman
Wolfgang Dedner will retire for reasons of age.

The economist Bernd Haus (61) served as the Managing Director of the EHG
Elektroholding GmbH until March of 2007. Prior to that he had held a number
of management positions in the Daimler and AEG groups as well as the AEG
successor EHG Elektroholding. Wilfried Götze (64) will have held various
management positions in the PSI Group until his scheduled retirement in the
spring of 2008.

PSI’s annual general meeting will be held on 25 April 2008 in Berlin.

PSI AG develops and integrates individual solutions, on the basis of its
own software, for the management of energy networks (electricity, gas, oil,
water, heat), cross-company production management (steel, mechanical
engineering, automotive, logistics) and infrastructure management for
telecommunications, transport and safety. PSI was founded in 1969 and
