On 20 December, 2007, Jochen Döhle informed us according to § 21 para. 1
WpHG that on 5 February, 2007, his voting rights in HCI Capital AG,
Hamburg, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10%. Thus, Jochen
Döhle held 10.40% of the voting rights (2,495,000 voting rights). Out of
these, 10.19% of the voting rights (2,445,000 voting rights) were
attributed to Peter Döhle according to § 22 para. 1 no. 1 WpHG through
Döhle ICL Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Peter Döhle Schiffahrts-KG and
Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungsgesellschaft Peter Döhle mbH.On 20 December,
