On December 27, 2007 , Mr Rainer Rudolf, Germany, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
adesso AG, Dortmund, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005493704, WKN: 549370, have
fallen below the 20% limit of the Voting Rights on October 02, 2007 and now
amount to 18.85% (this corresponds to 7539858 Voting Rights).

The same shareholder has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG on December 27, 2007, that via shares his Voting Rights on adesso
AG, Dortmund (in former times: BOV AG, Essen), Germany, ISIN: DE0005493704,
WKN: 549370, had exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% limit of the Voting
Rights on August 13, 2007, and at that time amounted to 20.73% (this
corresponded to 7539858 Voting Rights). As a correction this publication
replaces the one published on August 27, 2007, in which falsely the date of
August 21, 2007, was indicated as the date of exceeding the limit.
