In connection with the Tender Offer under U.S. law for the securities of
Business Objects S.A. (name of the Subject Company) published by SAP France
S.A. (name of the Offeror), a société anonyme organized under the laws of
the Republic of France and a wholly owned subsidiary of SAP AG, SAP AG
(alongside SAP France S.A.) has filed on January 3, 2008 with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) the following document:
Amendment No. 1 to Schedule TO-T (Tender Offer Statement) filed by SAP
France S.A. on December 4, 2007 ('Amendment No. 1').
This Amendment No. 1 amends and supplements the Schedule TO-T initially
filed with the SEC on December 4, 2007 by SAP France S.A. insofar that SAP
AG signs the Schedule TO-T as an additional offeror and signatory alongside
SAP France S.A. All terms and conditions of the offer remain as set forth
