On January 03, 2008, Prof. Volker Gruhn, Germany, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
adesso AG, Dortmund (in former times: BOV AG, Essen), Germany, ISIN:
DE0005493704, WKN: 549370, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%
limits of the Voting Rights on August 13, 2007 and at that time amounted to
29.948% (this corresponded to 10890725 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 29.947%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponded to 10890370 Voting Rights) was to
be attributed to Prof. Gruhn from Setanta GmbH.

On January 03, 2008, Setanta GmbH, Dortmund, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on adesso AG, Dortmund, Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%,
20% and 25% limits of the Voting Rights on August 13, 2007 and at that time
amounted to 29.947% (this corresponded to 10890370 Voting Rights).
