Investment Funds, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has informed us of the following
in accordance with Article 21, Section 1 WpHG:

Franklin Templeton Investment Funds has reached and decreased the threshold
of 3 % of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG on December 18, 2007. Franklin
Templeton Investment Funds holds 2.99 % of the voting rights (1,554,840
shares).
