to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
adesso AG, Dortmund, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005493704, WKN: 549370, have
exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on October 02, 2007, and now
amount to 4.71% (this corresponds to 1882542 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.71% of
