conVISUAL Appoints Christine Luzano as Vice President of Sales and
Marketing, conVISUAL US

Marketing veteran named to head American sales and marketing activities for
leading international mobile entity conVISUAL.

conVISUAL (ISIN: DE0006204589), a full service provider for interactive
mobile and voice services, today announced the appointment of Christine
Luzano as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Americas, effective
immediately. In this capacity, Ms. Luzano will lead conVISUAL’s sales and
marketing activities in the Americas, with a focus on extending the
company’s core competencies in mobile marketing. She reports directly to
the managing board.

'Ms. Luzano has a long and impressive career in the brands and marketing
industry and we are more than happy to welcome her on board of the
conVISUAL management team,' said João Gonzaga, CTO and COO, conVISUAL. 'Ms.
Luzano will be a critical factor in driving sales efforts and to complement
recent milestones such as ESPN and Qualcomm.

Over the course of over a decade, Ms. Luzano has worked with a diverse
range of notable companies such as P&G, Heinz, Borden, Panasonic, Sony,
among others. Her vast experience encompasses marketing, business
development, international program distribution, and advertising. Prior to
joining conVISUAL, Ms. Luzano was the Marketing Director for Lightworks
Program Distribution (LPD), where she was responsible for the overall
management and development of the LPD brand, as well as promoting its
library of hundreds of hours of award-winning programming to domestic and
international broadcasters, cable, digital, and satellite outlets through
targeted advertising and public relations initiatives. Prior to joining
LPD, Ms. Luzano was Founder and Senior Partner at Audela Communications, a
vertically integrated consulting agency offering public relations,
marketing, and branding strategy to various companies in the entertainment,
lifestyle, consumer, media, and technology industries.

Ms Luzano holds a B.A. in English Literature from Miami University, a
Masters Degree in English Literature, and an MBA in Marketing.
