On January 15, 2008, Mr Jörn Bodemann, Germany, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
adesso AG, Dortmund (in former times: BOV AG, Essen), Germany, ISIN:
DE0005493704, WKN: 549370, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on August 13, 2007, and at that time amounted to 3.85% (this corresponded
to 1398554 Voting Rights).

On January 15, 2008, Mr Stefan Walgenbach, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on adesso AG, Dortmund (in former times: BOV AG, Essen), Germany,
