On January 15, 2008, Mr Stefan Wiesenberg, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG in a voluntary message that
via shares his Voting Rights on adesso AG, Dortmund, Germany, ISIN:
DE0005493704, WKN: 549370, are still above the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on January 07, 2008, and now amount to 4.34% (this corresponds to
1734598 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.79% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 715987 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Wiesenberg from Wiesenberg GmbH & Co. KG.
