According to § 21 para 1 WpHG JPMorgan Chase & Co. has informed us on
January 22, 2008 that they have fallen below the threshold of 5% of the
voting rights of Arques Industries AG, Münchner Str. 15a, 82319 Starnberg
on November 21, 2007 and now amounts to 4.81% (1,272,170 shares) in
relation to all shares of the respective voting shares.

The attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to §
22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG is
concerning 4.77% corresponding 1,261,943 of the voting rights which results
from JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. among others. Furthermore, the
attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to § 22
para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG is concerning 0.04% corresponding to 10,227 of
the voting rights.

According to § 21 para 1 WpHG JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited has
informed us on January 22, 2008 that they have fallen below the threshold
of 5% of the voting rights of Arques Industries AG, Münchner Straße 15a,
82319 Starnberg on the January 17, 2008 and now amounts to 4.75% (1,257,525
shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting shares.

All voting rights are attributed JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited
according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.

According to § 21 para 1 WpHG JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc. has
informed us on January 22, 2008 that they have fallen below the threshold
of 5% of the voting rights of Arques Industries AG, Münchner Straße 15a,
82319 Starnberg on the January 17, 2008 and now amounts to 4.76% (1,258,678
shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting shares.

All voting rights are attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc.
according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2
WpHG which results from JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited among others.
