Hamburg, 28th January 2008. Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG is from now on
called its new name COLEXON Energy AG. The registration of the new name in
the Commercial Register was made on 25th January 2008 and is herewith
effective. The change of the name had been decided with great majority on
the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on 18th December 2007.

The operational subsidiaries already act under the brand COLEXON as
provider for turnkey solar power plants since last summer. The name change
is the logical consequence of the strategic development, which has been
accelerated since October 2007 by the takeover of a share majority by the
Danish Renewagy A/S.

'With the new name COLEXON, we have established excellent conditions to
continue our dynamic growth in an attractive market', CEO Thorsten
Preugschas explains. 'The change of name does not only close with history
and the former eponyms and major shareholders but it represents the new
strategy of internationalisation and professional brand management.'
