according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Allianz
SE, Munich, Germany have exceeded the 3% threshold on January 23, 2008 and

0.36% (1635947 shares) hereof are attributed to UBS AG persuant to article
22, section 1, No. 1.
