We hereby like to inform you pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 22
January 2008 our percentage holding of the voting rights in InVision
Software AG, Halskestrasse 38, 40880 Ratingen, Germany, crossed above the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.04% (exact number of voting rights:
68,000 shares) both in relation to the total number of voting rights of the
issuer and in relation to all voting rights of the same share class.

The voting rights are entirely attributable to us pursuant to sec. 22 para.
1 sentence 1 no. 1 and no. 6 WpHG in connection with sec. 22 para. 1
sentence 2 WpHG.

The voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3% or more of the
shares of InVision Software AG are entirely attributable to us: GAM
European Small Cap Hedge Investments Inc.

The following companies which are controlled by us and hold 3% or more of
the shares of InVision Software AG have voting rights which are entirely
attributable to us:

- GAM (U.K.) Ltd.
- GAM International Management Ltd.
