Amadeus FiRe AG: Preliminary figures for 2007

Frankfurt/Main, 31 January 2008. Consolidated sales in 2007 of Amadeus
FiRe totalled EUR 92,7 Mio. (prior year: EUR 69,5 Mio.), an increase of
33,3 per cent. All services generated growth whereas the specialized
temporary staffing business was most excellent with a sales increase of
42 per cent.
Gross profit margin of 41,2 per cent remained at the prior-year level.
Due to higher payroll and marketing expenses the selling and
administrative expenses rose by 21,7 per cent.
For the last fiscal year the operative group result before goodwill
amortisation (EBITA) amounted to EUR 13,7 Mio. (prior year: EUR 8,7
Mio.). Therewith the prior year’s operative result was topped by 58 per
cent.
EBITA margin was 14,8 per cent (prior year: 12,5 per cent).
For 2008 the Amadeus FiRe group expects for the first time sales of more
than EUR 100 Mio.. Despite further significant investments in the
business operating profit is expected to be at the same level as 2007.
The final figures for the fiscal year 2007 will be announced during a
press conference/analyst’s meeting on 12 March 2008.
