INVESCO Limited, Atlanta Georgia, USA, hat uns mit Schreiben vom 31. Januar
2008 die folgende Mitteilung gemacht:

'We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 sent. 1 of the WpHG
that on 25 January 2008, our voting interest in Bilfinger Berger AG rose
above the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3.01% (1,121,543 voting rights) on
this day.

3.01% of the voting rights (1,121,543 shares) are attributable to us, in
accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6, in connection with
sentences 2 and 3 of the WpHG.'
