Februar 2008 die folgende Mitteilung gemacht:

'We, Barclays Global Investors UK Holdings Limited, London, England, would
like to make the following notifications regarding the holding of voting
rights held in Bilfinger Berger AG, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim,
according to §§ 21, 22 WpHG in the name of our subsidiaries:

• Barclays Global Investors Finance Limited, London, England;
• Barclays California Corporation, San Francisco, USA;

• Barclays Global Investors N.A., San Francisco, USA.

• Notification of voting rights in the name and on behalf of Barclays
  Global Investors Finance Limited

Barclays Global Investors Finance Limited, London, England, exceeded the 3%
threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 29 January 2008 and held 3.54% of the
voting rights (i.e. 1,315,151 shares with voting rights) in Bilfinger
Berger AG.

Barclays Global Investors Finance Limited was attributed these 3.54% of the
voting rights in Bilfinger Berger AG pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.

1. Notification of voting rights in the name and on behalf of Barclays
   California Corporation

Barclays California Corporation, San Francisco, USA, exceeded the 3%
threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 29 January 2008 and held 3.54% of the
voting rights (i.e. 1,315,151 shares with voting rights) in Bilfinger
Berger AG.

Barclays California Corporation was attributed these 3.54% of the voting
rights in Bilfinger Berger AG pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG
in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.

1. Notification of voting rights in the name and on behalf of Barclays
   Global Investors N.A.

Barclays Global Investors N.A., San Francisco, USA, has exceeded the 3%
threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 29 January 2008 and held 3.54% of the
voting rights (i.e. 1,315,151 shares with voting rights) in Bilfinger
Berger AG on that day.

Barclays Global Investors N.A.was attributed 3.29% of the voting rights
(i.e. 1,223,203 shares representing voting rights) of these 3.54% of the
voting rights in Bilfinger Berger AG pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG and 0.25% of the voting rights (i.e. 91,948 shares representing voting
rights) of these 3.54% of the voting rights in Bilfinger Berger AG pursuant
to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent. 2
WpHG.'
