On February 14, 2008, Mr Michael Hochgürtel, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on adesso AG, Dortmund (in former times: BOV AG, Essen), Germany,
ISIN: DE0005493704, WKN: 549370, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limits of the
Voting Rights on August 13, 2007 and at that time amounted to 5.67% (this
corresponded to 2061117 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 5.67% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponded to 2061117 Voting Rights) was to be
attributed to Mr Hochgürtel from MIH GmbH.

Further, on February 14, 2008, MIH GmbH, Bad Münstereifel, Germany, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on adesso AG, Dortmund (in former times: BOV AG, Essen),
Germany, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limits of the Voting Rights on August
13, 2007 and at that time amounted to 5.67% (this corresponded to 2061117
Voting Rights).
