USA, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
its Voting Rights in E.ON AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007614406,
WKN: 761440, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on
February 18, 2008 and now amount to 4.987% (this corresponds to 33266564
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.987%
of the Voting Rights in E.ON AG (this corresponds to 33266564 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
