cancellation of shares on February 20, 2008 its share in the voting rights
of BASF SE has fallen below 3% of the voting rights and now amounts to
0.39% (1860000 voting rights).
After cancellation of shares the total number of shares of BASF SE (total
number of voting rights) amounts to 473015000 shares.
