Hamburg, Germany as at 16 January 2008 exceeded the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights. The aforementioned person had at that date 398,119 voting
rights of the total of 13,000,000 voting rights in ZhongDe Waste
Technologie AG; this equals a share of 3.06% of all voting rights.

3.01% of the voting rights (391,719 voting rights) are attributed to them
