We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1, 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.
6 of the WpHG, that on 28th February 2008 the percentage holding of our
voting rights in InVision Software AG, Halskestrasse 38, Ratingen, Germany
(ISIN: DE0005859698), went above the threshold of 3% and at that date
amounted to 3.13% (70,000 voting rights). All of these voting rights, 3.13%
(70,000 voting rights), are attributable to us pursuant §22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 of the WpHG (special funds).
