the 2007 financial year

Ad-hoc notification according to § 15 WpHG (German Securities Act) provided
by DGAP –
a company owned by Equity Story AG. The issuer is responsible for the
contents of the notification

· Sales revenues € 8.8 million +2.5%
· EBIT € 617,000 -6.2%
· Financial result € 823,000
· Group result (EAT) € 1.4 million -26.8%
· Proposed dividend: 30 cents (prev.yr.: 40 cents)

Geschwenda, 4th March 2007 - The provisional results indicate that
Geratherm Medical has once again recorded a positive course of business.
The operating result for the main business was above the level of the
previous year. With sales revenues of € 8.8 million, an operating result in
the main business of € 934,000 (+19.3%) was achieved. This corresponds to a
profit-sales ratio of 10.6% (prev.yr.: 9.1%). Because of the incorporation
of the start-up losses from the subsidiaries apoplex medical and Geratherm
Respiratory (which was newly founded in 2007), there were charges due to
product development and market launch costs which reduced Group profits in
2007 to the EBIT shown of € 617,000.

The finance sector was able to make a positive contribution to the results
of € 823,000, which means that a Group profit overall (EAT) of € 1,393,000
was achieved.

As in previous years, the 2007 annual profit is also to be paid within the
scope of a tax-neutral payment from the deposit account. The proposed
tax-free dividend payment is 30 cents per share. Measured by yesterday's
Xetra closing rate, this means that the net dividend yield is 5,9 %. The
equity base of Geratherm Medical in the sum of € 16.4 million corresponds
to an equity ratio of 90.2% of the company's balance sheet total.

In 2008, priority will be given to building up the new business areas –
'Respiratory' and 'Cardio/Stroke'.

The detailed business figures for the year 2007 will be published on 10
April 2008.

development, production and marketing of products in the areas of
Cardio/Stroke, Temperature Management and Respiratory.
