Greifswald, 10 March 2008 – Frank Domeyer, CFO at HanseYachts AG, will
leave the company on 30 April 2008. Udo Potthast, currently managing
partner of a renowned au-diting firm in Hamburg, has been named to the
Management Board, effective as at
16 April 2008. Potthast will be responsible for Finance, Purchasing and
Corporate Con-trolling. Michael Schmidt, founder and CEO of HanseYachts AG,
will take over Strategic Development. Gregor Bredenbeck will be in charge
of Production as before.
Mr Potthast is acquainted with HanseYachts from his comprehensive
consulting activities in conjunction with preparing and implementing its
IPO.
