Frankfurt/Main, March 12, 2008. Amadeus FiRe AG confirms the preliminary
figures for the fiscal year ended at 31 December 2007.
Group sales amount to EUR 92,7 million, an increase of 33,3 per cent. All
divisions showed sales increases and contributed to the positive
development whereas the development in the temporary staffing area was
outstanding with an increase of 42,2 per cent.
Gross profit margin was 41,2 per cent equalling prior year.
The sales and administrative expenses rose by 21,7 per cent.
The operative group result (EBITA) amounted to EUR 13,7 Mio. (prior year:
EUR 8,7 Mio.). Due to increased sales in all business areas the prior
year’s result was exceeded by 57,5 per cent.
EBITA margin was 14,8 per cent (prior year: 10,6 per cent).
The fiscal year 2007 was closed with a consolidated net profit after
minority interests of EUR 7,5 million, after EUR 3,5 million in prior
year.
Due to the sustained good business condition Management and Supervisory
Board will propose to distribute a dividend of EUR 1,27 per share at the
annual general meeting on 29 May 2008. This means an increase of 44,3 per
cent of prior year’s dividend.
The annual report 2007 will be published on 26 March 2008 on the Amadeus
FiRe-website (www.Amadeus-FiRe.com).
