On February 11, 2008, the stake of Delta Lloyd Asset Management N.V.,
Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in the voting rights in Surteco SE exceeded the
threshold of 3 %. On that date, Delta Lloyd Asset Management N.V. held 3.16
% in relation to all voting rights in Surteco SE (voting rights arising
from 350,249 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)).

All such voting rights are attributed to Delta Lloyd Asset Management N.V.
via Delta Lloyd Europees Deelnemingen Fonds N.V. pursuant to section 22 (1)
sent. 1 no. 1 and no. 6 WpHG.
