Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1, WKN:
A0LD2U, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on February 28,
