Leipzig, April 02, 2008: At it’s meeting on April 1st, 2008 Alexander von
Witzleben, member of the managing board of Franz Haniel GmbH & Cie. GmbH,
Duisburg, was appointed to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Prof.
Fritz Vahrenholt, Chairman of the Executive Board of RWE Innogy GmbH,
Duisburg, to the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VERBIO
