Neuburg / Donau 4th April 2008 – The management board of the VIB Vermögen
AG, Neuburg / Donau and the BBI Bürgerliches Brauhaus Immobilien AG,
Ingolstadt, have today respectively taken a board decision to the effect
that they intend to conclude a profit / loss transfer agreement between the
VIB Vermögen AG as the controlling company and the BBI Bürgerliches
Brauhaus Immobilien AG as the dependent company. The VIB Vermögen AG
currently has an 81.15% interest in the BBI AG. The final decision of the
executive boards of the two companies about the actual conclusion of the
agreement and its details will take place based on the results of the
presently induced examination of the legal, tax and financial details of
the proposed conclusion of the contract. In the case of a positive decision
being taken by the executive boards of the two companies, the profit / loss
transfer agreement will be submitted both to the Annual General Meeting of
the VIB Vermögen AG and the Annual General Meeting of the BBI Bürgerliches
Brauhaus Immobilien AG for their respective approval.

in 1993 as a business partnership, the VIB was converted into a public

Vermögen AG operates a ‘buy and hold’ strategy. This entails developing
