published on 16th May 2007, 19th June 2007, 25th and 27th July 2007 the
Kairos Investment Management Limited, London, United Kingdom has informed
us on 3rd April 2008 for Kairos-Group as follows:

In our own name (Kairos Investment Management Limited) and in the name and
on behalf of KIM SpA, KIM BV and Kairos Fund Limited we hereby give notice
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 14th May 2007 the voting
interest of KIM SpA, KIM BV, Kairos Investment Management Limited and
Kairos Fund Limited in Silicon Sensor International AG, Berlin, Germany
exceeded each the threshold of 3 % and amounts to each 3.04 % (107,001
shares) of the voting rights on this day.

3.04 % (107,001 shares) of the voting rights are attributed to Kairos
Investment Management Limited in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6, to KIM SpA and KIM BV each in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent.
1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3 % or more in Silicon
Sensor International AG, Berlin, Germany are to be attributed to KIM SpA,
KIM BV and Kairos Investment Management Limited: Kairos Fund Limited.

In our own name (Kairos Investment Management Limited) and in the name and
on behalf of KIM SpA and KIM BV we hereby give notice pursuant to section
21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 15th June 2007 the voting interest of KIM
SpA, KIM BV and Kairos Investment Management Limited in Silicon Sensor
International AG, Berlin, Germany exceeded each the threshold of 5 % and
amounts to each 5.04 % (177,722 shares) of the voting rights on this day.

5.04 % (177,722 shares) of the voting rights are attributed to Kairos
Investment Management Limited in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6, to KIM SpA and KIM BV each in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent.
1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3 % or more in Silicon
Sensor International AG, Berlin, Germany are to be attributed to KIM SpA,
KIM BV and Kairos Investment Management Limited: Kairos Fund Limited.

In the name and on behalf of Kairos Fund Limited we hereby give notice,
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 10th July 2007 the
voting interest of Kairos Fund Limited in Silicon Sensor International AG,
Berlin, Germany exceeded the thresholds of 5 % and 10 % and amounts to
10.36 % (403,199 shares) of the voting rights on this day.

   on behalf of KIM SpA and KIM BV we hereby give notice pursuant to section
   21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 10th July 2007 the voting interest of KIM
   SpA, KIM BV and Kairos Investment Management Limited in Silicon Sensor
   International AG, Berlin, Germany exceeded each the threshold of 10 % and
   amounts to each 13.52 % (526,490 shares) of the voting rights on this day.

13.52 % (526,490 shares) of the voting rights are attributed to Kairos
Investment Management Limited, London, United Kingdom in accordance with
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6, to KIM SpA and KIM BV each in accordance
with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3 % or more in Silicon
Sensor International AG, Berlin, Germany are to be attributed to KIM SpA,
KIM BV and Kairos Investment Management Limited: Kairos Fund Limited.
