right of Arques Industries AG, Münchner Straße 15a, 82319 Starnberg on the
1st April 2008 and now amounts to 2.99% (790,105 shares) in relation to all
shares of the respective voting shares.

All voting rights are attributed JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited
according to .§22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
