England has informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that
its Voting Rights in E.ON AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007614406,
WKN: 761440, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on April 02,
2008, and now amount to 3.35% (this corresponds to 22331899 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 of the WpHG in
connection with Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 2, 3.35% of the Voting Rights
in E.ON AG (this corresponds to 22331899 Voting Rights) are to be
