'On 2 April 2008 the voting rights held by FMR LLC fell below the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, Neue Börsenstraße 1, 60487
Frankfurt am Main, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC held 2.91% of the voting
