U.S.A. has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
its Voting Rights in E.ON AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007614406,
WKN: 761440, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights in E.ON AG on
April 16, 2008, and now amount to 5.003% (this corresponds to 33370564
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.003%
of the Voting Rights in E.ON AG (this corresponds to 33370564 Voting
