On April 25, 2008, Mr Kay Mühlenbruch, Germany, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
adesso AG, Dortmund (in former times: BOV AG, Essen), Germany, ISIN:
DE0005493704, WKN: 549370, have fallen below the 10% limit of the Voting
Rights on August 21, 2002 and at that time amounted to 7.55% (this
corresponded to 612868 Voting Rights).
On April 25, 2008, Mr Kay Mühlenbruch, has further informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
adesso AG, Dortmund (in former times: BOV AG, Essen), Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005493704, WKN: 549370, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on December 7, 2004 and at that time amounted to 4.88% (this
corresponded to 478309 Voting Rights).
