Investments International, Hildenborough, Kent, England, pursuant to

thresholds of 3 % and 5 % of the voting rights in Fresenius SE,

Fidelity Investments International held 6.00 % of the voting rights in
Fresenius SE arising from 4,656,418 voting rights.
