ADLER Real Estate AG publishes Annual Report 2007

Hamburg, April 30, 2008. ADLER Real Estate AG, Hamburg, confirms the
released preliminary results, which have been published by end of February.
Therefore, in the financial year 2007, the consolidated sales revenue rose
to EUR 5.41 million (previous year: EUR 2.63 million). Hence, the
consolidated net profit amounts to EUR 7.27 million (previous year: EUR
8.56 million). The earnings per share amounted to EUR 0.49 (previous year:
EUR 0.70).

This results from the takeover of the MÜBAU Real Estate GmbH and the
operating income.
