notified us that it has exceeded the 3% threshold of the share of voting
rights in Deutsche Börse AG (ISIN DE0005810055) , Neue Börsenstraße 1,
60487 Frankfurt/Main on April 23, 2008. Its own share amounts to 3.16%
(this corresponds to 6,153,873 voting rights)

Thereof are 0.14% (275,373 voting rights) to be attributed to UBS AG
