MIM MONDO IGEL MEDIA AG is on target to repeat its success from the
previous year in 2008. Both distribution and co-production will play
substantial roles toward that end, and management expects an increase in
turnover and EBITDA.

MIM has closed a deal with ZDFE for a new season of 'Laura's Star' with a
production amount of EUR 1.77 million. This is an important follow-up to
our production with ZDFE of the last season of the programme, which was
completed in 2007.

We are also currently in the final stages of negotiation for distribution
deals which should raise our operating performance in comparison with this
period in 2007. Our above-mentioned production of a new season of 'Laura's
Star' should be started in the second quarter of 2008. Our other current
co-production, 'Barberbieni', is scheduled to be completed in the second
half of 2008. Expenses and material costs were somewhat lower than in the
same period last year, while personnel costs and depreciation remained
similar.

Our financial and asset position remain very similar to the annual figures.
The support of the main shareholder, Mondo TV S.p.A. through a subordinated
loan is in continuation.

MIM currently has five employees and one member of the Board of Management.
