threshold of 3 % of voting rights in HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Germany. On
that date, Fidelity Advisors Series I held 3.23% of the voting rights in
HCI Capital AG arising from 776,068 voting rights.

On 20 May 2008 the voting rights held by Fidelity Management & Research
Company, Boston, USA, crossed above the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights in HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Germany. On that date, Fidelity
Management & Research Company held 3.23% of the voting rights in HCI
Capital AG, arising from 776,068 voting rights. All voting rights in HCI
Capital AG were attributed to Fidelity Management & Research Company
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were
attributed to Fidelity Management & Research Company inter alia from
Fidelity Advisor Series I, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the
voting rights in HCI Capital AG.

On 20 May 2008 the voting rights held by FMR LLC, Boston, USA, crossed
above the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in HCI Capital AG, Hamburg,
Germany. On that date, FMR LLC held 3.23% of the voting rights in HCI
Capital AG, arising from 776,068 voting rights. All voting rights in HCI
Capital AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1
no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to
FMR LLC inter alia from Fidelity Advisor Series I, being a shareholder
holding 3% or more of the voting rights in HCI Capital AG.
