Germany. On that date, FIL Limited held 4.94 % of the voting rights in
Fresenius SE arising from 3,838,097 voting rights.

All voting rights in Fresenius SE were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant

Management Limited held 4.94 % of the voting rights in Fresenius SE arising
from 3,838,097 voting rights.

All voting rights in Fresenius SE were attributed to Fidelity Investment

connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
