TRADEGATE® gains more customers in France

Tradegate AG Wertpapierhandelsbank announces that ProCapital, a French
security services provider for online banks, brokers, private banks and
asset managers, has decided to connect to the electronic trading system
TRADEGATE®. The decision came following an in-depth study, begun in 2006,
of a whole range of alternative trading places.

Fortuneo, France’s second largest online broker with 111 000 clients and 2
500 000 orders executed in 2007, will be the first participant to make
TRADEGATE®’s services available to its customers. As is usual on
TRADEGATE®, trading takes place with nil brokerage from 8 am to 10 pm.

Through its partnership with TRADEGATE®, ProCapital can offer its clients
the transparency required by MiFID and the best execution of orders for
private investors.
